Our client is currently looking for an experienced Technical Sale Representative for our Pulp & Paper Segment. This company's Technical Sales Representatives are familiar with influencing stakeholders; and collaborating with others in a paper manufacturing environment. Demonstrating abilities leading and participating on teams is a daily function of this role. Your style of working is results-oriented and strong planning and organizational skills are required. You are an exceptional communicator in both one on one and presentation settings. You can develop and maintain relationships with everyone in a manufacturing site from the operators to the mill manager.

What you need: 
-         Bachelor's degree) level and/or equivalent field experience in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering. 2-5 years’ experience in the paper industry
-         Ability to develop Key Account or Project Plans and execute with discipline
-         Strong emphasis on documenting ROI of new and existing applications
-         Ability to develop “trust based” relationships with key buyers
-         Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
-         Willingness and ability for overnight travel up to 50% of the time
-        Chemical sales experience to paper/pulp mills
Experience in the following areas preferred
-         Packaging grades
-         Tissue & towel grades
-         Kraft pulping operations
-         Paper making operations
-         Retention and drainage chemistries
-         Strength development chemistries
-         General wet-end applications
